We've just finished a full refurbishment of this room, and it's ready for you to move in immediately. Everything is brand new: **double bed, desk and chair, chest of drawers and wardrobe**. You bring your suitcase, and that's it.

- £520 for one person
- £660 for a couple (£140 supplement)
- **Deposit just £300**

Included: gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast Wi-Fi and a **professional cleaner every 2 weeks** for the shared areas.

**The house**
You'll share with 3 tidy working professionals (1 female, 2 males). Fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom plus a separate WC, and responsive management on WhatsApp.

**Why Widnes? Right in the middle of it all**
- **Warrington is about 15 to 20 minutes away** by car or train. Good for work, shopping and nights out, without Warrington rents.
- **Manchester is about 45 to 55 minutes** by train or car via the M62. You can commute or visit, then come home to a cheaper, quieter base.
- **Liverpool is about 20 to 30 minutes** away too.
- A short walk to Widnes station, with quick access to the M62, A557 and A562.
- Minutes from Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons and Widnes Shopping Park.
- Close to Tesco Distribution Centre, Amazon, trade parks and logistics firms, so ideal if you work shifts or in the area.
