Double furbished bedroom or small furnished single

As the owner of this 3 bed end terrace and live alone after my beautiful wife passed away after 35 years together.

I would like to offer a large double furbished bedroom with Large TV, Internet, large sliding wardrobe and draws, just requires a bed which I will purchase before you move in. I also have a small second room if required but we would need to discuss cost.

This add is a house share with your own living room if required, and offered to females only, although I have nothing against males but as I'm offering a long term stay I'd rather live with the opposite sex and I hope you can understand.

I've been a professional gardener for over 35 years and I’m now semi retired. I eat out most of the time because I’m a useless cook and it just suits me better. I expect you to clean up after yourself as I do for myself.

I’m a smoker but never smoke in my house, I have a suitable outside area for smoking in.
