Calm, peaceful, friendly lady and her two adorable cats are looking for a female to rent a large double room in a three bed detached house.
The room will be furnished with bed, wardrobe and desk and comes with a Smart TV. The bathroom, lounge, kitchen and lovely garden will be shared with me (the landlady) and the two cats.
The bathroom isn't en suite but you will have sole access as I will be using my en suite
The property is close to all local amenities, train station with easy access to Manchester and Liverpool and the Motorway.
