Lodger Wanted to Share with Professional Female

Currently looking for a lodger to share with a young female professional. House is fully furnished (bedroom included).

Rent for room is £250 per month plus £100 for bills. Deposit of one month rent plus one month bills is required (£250 + £100). Rent is payable on first of month in advance.

House is a 3 bed semi in Widnes town centre close to local amenities. There is a shared living room, large, fully-fitted, modern kitchen, separate dining room and enclosed garden and patio to the rear.
Please note that references will be required.

I do have a 3 puppies so you will need to be ok with dogs. They are all small dogs - a Jack Russell/Chihuahua cross and 2 mini dachshunds.

(Pets may be considered. Minimum 3 month rolling contract.)
