Private Contemporary Professional Home Mon-Fri

I have a fully furnished room with a king size bed and en-suite with large shower, to let in my contemporary, new build, 3-bedroomed property in Widnes. Its location has quick and easy access to all surrounding motorways.

I'm looking for a mature male professional contractor to stay on a 4 night stay, Monday to Friday basis. Arriving Monday pm and vacating on Friday am.

The house is a contemporary new build, both spacious and comfortable. I have a lawned/ decked garden, accessed via bi-folding doors out from the dining area. You will only be living with myself and my small, well behaved dog. We are quiet and respectful of people’s down time.

The room for let has a king size bed with high quality mattress and floor to ceiling windows over looking the garden. The en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower and plenty of inbuilt glass shelf storage is concealed by a sliding mirrored door.
All utility bills are included in the rent. I have broadband internet and off road parking, large enough to accommodate four vehicles. The room will be cleaned weekly for you. You are welcome to bring your own TV to use, all relevant sockets are fitted to utilise this.

I ask for a security deposit of £400 if you wish to take the room, which will be refunded at the end of the let. I am open to both long and short-term lets and just ask that for a month's notice when vacating (and vice versa) so as to allow enough time to plan ahead.
