Modern shared bathroom with bath and shower, I'm usually out of the house by 6am on days that I'm working, so hopefully getting into the bathroom wouldn't be a problem. Modern kitchen with dishwasher. Handforth railway station is approx 15-20 mins walk, bus stop 2 mins walk (regular services to Manchester, Stockport, Macclesfield). Large Tesco and Marks & Spencer approx 15 mins walk. Manchester airport is approx 10 mins drive.
I am looking for a reasonably tidy, considerate person that prefers a quieter lifestyle, age isn't an issue provided that you meet this criteria. If you are looking for somewhere that you are able to have party's and/or have visitors stay overnight, this isn't the place for you.
I own a very friendly older cat, so it is ESSENTIAL that you are happy to have a cat around the house, please give this consideration before contacting.
