For non smoking Female - Mon to Fri ONLY. - Quiet double room located SK9 Wilmslow, Ample on drive parking in a quiet cul de sac. Double Wardrobe, under bed storage & drawers. Room has a radiator, shared bathroom. kitchen, lounge & garden. WIFI, Netflix.
Looking for working professional female that is going into the place of work daily. I do have 2 cats so must like cats they do not go into this room. The property does have a garage if a bicycle needs to be stored. Up to 4 nights a week max stay arrive Monday depart Friday. There is an easy route to train station also & walk into Wilmslow. i work from home so a person that is going into an office so noise of phone calls doesn't overlap. I do go to the gym so am out for some of the evening. Belongings can be left from week to week as there is ample storage available. Bedding provided if desired. Shower in bathroom. The £450 per month is paid 1st of each month upfront every month. The room is not available Xmas Week the rent reflects this along with 2 weeks hol free per year = total 3 weeks per year not paid for. No overnight visitors / guests.
