Double room w/ en-suite close to Wilmslow centre

Hello, I’m Max and im currently looking for a new housemate.
I have two spare rooms, and you can choose which room you prefer best. You will also have your own large bathroom. I will only be renting out one room, so the other wil remain spare.
I have lovely garden which is south facing and I have a garage which you can also use for storage.
There is space for another car on my drive and also ample parking on my estate.
The house is in a great location, you can walk to Wilmslow town centre in 10 mins, the airport is a 10 min drive and centra of Manchester only take 30 mins.
There is a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks
All bills are included in the price.

A bit about me: I work for a professional services firm in the restructuring department. I’m a very keen runner and cyclist and I also like to go to the gym every now and then. I’m also a social and chatty person, I love meeting new people. I like to be tidy and clean around the house so would appreciate a housemate who is the similar.
