Room in Wilmslow Apartment

I am looking to let my single room (furnished). It has been recently completely redecorated and recarpeted to a high standard as part of a whole apartment refurbishment. Fully furnished room has single bed with underbed drawers, walk in wardrobe and bedside table (desk to be removed) 😊Potential to store some items in garage if required. Plenty of on street parking and very quiet and safe neighborhood. All bills included if you are office based, TBD if you WFH, small contribution to household essentials also TBD and very happy to share meals as I love to cook! I am happy for all kitchen items to be communal so no need for own pans etc but with an understanding that any damages come out of the deposit.

Apartment is spacious, bright and homely. I am looking for someone (preferably female) who is friendly, kind and easy to live with to rent my spare room - prefer a friend dynamic over something super formal but I am very respectful and quiet to live with.

It would suit a young professional working locally...ideally situated for the airport but also a 15 minute walk from the station on the Manchester - Euston line. You MUST like cats and be ok with animals, I have two very friendly cats so this share wouldn't suit someone who isn't an animal lover 🥰 I would tentatively consider someone with a pet provided it would fit with mine.

I work from home most of the time, am easy going and would prefer to find someone who is a good fit personality wise to share with. My home is very important to me so I want to ensure we will get along 😊 I am quite a busy gal but I enjoy eating out, spending time in the outdoors and a good box set! Not a massive drinker but I make a mean cocktail and have a drinks collection!
