Double room the rent in Wilmslow

I live in a 3 bedroom house in Wilmslow, 15-20 minute walk to the train station/main high street with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. There are plenty of walks on the doorstep too, we’re just 5 minutes from Styal woods!
Just a 10 minute drive to Manchester airport

I’m 28, work full time Mon-Fri in an office job and usually spend my weekends walking and keeping busy. My boyfriend stays sometimes during the week/weekends, and I also go to his, so at times you will have the place to yourself!

I have a shy cat called Willow, house is fully furnished, including your room with a small double bed, but you are welcome to bring your own bed/mattress if you prefer, there’s plenty of storage in your bedroom with built in wardrobes (a video can be provided). We would share the bathroom, lounge/dining room, kitchen and garden. There is off street parking on the drive if required.

I’m looking for someone who is respectful, clean and tidy. I will be considerate of your boundaries, and I do not have parties at the house. All bills included.
