The house is over three floors, and has 1.5 bathrooms, as well as access to a communal garden and a private 1st story balcony.
Location wise, the house is 5 minutes from the train station, 2 minutes to shops / supermarkets, and right in the centre of town.
I'm the owner of the house, and would occasionally be coming home to the property for short periods (likely 1 week every 3 months). My bedroom would be locked up for the time I'm away, and the majority of the time you'd have the house to yourself!
