The room comes with a new bed, wardrobe, and access to shared spaces including a large kitchen, living room, and dining room.

You’ll also have use of:

Residents’ parking

Corner plot with a large, patioed garden

Washing machine / Ability to hang clothes out to dry

I’m happy to consider Monday–Friday lets or full 7‑day rentals — the price remains the same either way.

We’re a quiet household and share the home with two cats, so unfortunately we can’t allow any additional pets.

If you’re looking for a peaceful, welcoming place to stay, this could be ideal for you.
