The house is very spacious with a kitchen-diner, gym/yoga room, conservatory, office, upstairs bathroom/toilet & downstairs toilet. There is also off-street parking and a secure and private back garden. I travel a lot for work, so a lodger would have the house mostly to themselves.

There is a Spar shop & post office close to the house & a great pub (The Red Lion) nearby. Northwich town centre is about 5 mins drive away, as is Lostock Gralam station. There is a bus that runs through the village to Northwich and to Warrington & there is easy and quick access to the M6.
