1st floor room ensuite in large Farm House

The room is one of a number rooms rented in a grade two listed Farm house. This is a double room with ensuite shower and built in wardrobe.
The farm is accessed via a country road approximately 9/10 th of a mile long.
Surrounded by green pastures and large lake "the Flashes" it is a rural dwelling.
Within the property lodgers have access to a shared kitchen and utility. There is a separate lounge area with TV.
We have just installed fibre broadband.
Collectively we look for a quiet and clean lodger who is appreciative of life in the countryside. It is a working farm which offers school visits and care farming facilities.
The other lodgers either work shifts or long hours.
We would suggest vehicle required as we are off the main road.
