There are three bathrooms and the lodger will have access to two of them. One of the two bathroom provided has a bath with a shower over and the other bathroom will be the downstairs cloakroom.
There is an integral garage, although it is not used for a car it can provide additional and very useful storage space and some gym equipment which the lodger is free to use.
Bills are included with full fibre broadband, TV licence and basic cleaning products. (The lodger provides their own food and beverages and toiletries).
