Reasonable sized furnished bedroom available for a single occupancy only. Must like dogs - (we have a boisterous German Shepherd). The room will suit a professional person not working from home. Contains a Double bed with bedding, drawers, wardrobe, desk, wall mounted TV, 1 gb ZZOOMM broadband. You will have access to the whole house and use of the facilities. There is a separate lodgers fridge freezer and cupboard space. We have a large conservatory with TV. There are TV's in most rooms. All rooms have gas Central Heating from a combi boiler which means that there is hot water available at any time of day. Bathroom has a large walk in shower. Bus stop for both Crewe and Northwich are a 2/3 minute walk from the property. The property is located in the Darnhall end of Winsford in a quiet Cul-de-sac. Post office and small shop within 5 minutes as are 3 other food shops. Town centre is a 20 minute walk - 5 minute car ride. Leighton hospital is 15 minutes by car. Northwich is 20 minutes by car. Property owners live in and are retired so mostly always available. We have been let down twice now by people agreeing a move in day and then just not turning up with no appology. so we now work on a first to pay first served basis.
