Bus stop for both Crewe and Northwich are a 2/3 minute walk from the property. The property is located in the Darnhall end of Winsford in a quiet Cul-de-sac. Post office and small shop within 5 minutes as are 3 other food shops. Town centre is a 20 minute walk - 5 minute car ride. Leighton hospital is 15 minutes by car. Northwich is 20 minutes by car. Current lodger is vacating room on Wednesday 5th August so viewing available from then. Property owners live in and are retired so mostly always available.
