Cosy single room to let. Mon to Fri preferably

**Available 1st August** £300 p/m for 5 day let or £380 for 7 day let ( for the right person). I am looking for someone pref a professional. The bedroom has a single bed, clothes rail & You will obviously have the run of the house! It has its own back garden which is a nice little sun trap on a hot summers day!!! Broadband is included along with household bills and the house is literally a few mins walk from the town centre & local gyms and all local amenities. I am close to local beauty spot where there are some beautiful scenery and walks. I do have 2 young cats who I adore so. If this sounds ok for you please drop me a line.
