You will have use of a separate living room, bathroom (bath only) and shower wet room.
The room comes with fitted wardrobes and adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom.
The large kitchen/diner is shared with myself with a utility room adjacent - complete with washing machine and iron etc.
There is a table in the separate living room should you wish to dine separately, but you are also very welcome to dine in the kitchen too.
The room is available full time or mon-fri can be negotiated.
Sorry but no pets - there are chickens, ducks and sheep outside and country walks to enjoy.
