Double room available in rural Winterley. Situated between Crewe and Sandbach, approx 5 minute drive away from the M6 motorway and approx 15 min drive into Crewe.

The room is a double room in a 3 bed semi detached house with a front driveway. Currently myself living here with a black Labrador dog, so potential the tenant must be ok with dogs. The driveway fits 3 cars, with 2 cars currently here.

With the room comes a bathroom that is not often used currently as I use an en-suite. Downstairs is a large living room and kitchen that opens up onto a large back garden.

The house is surrounded by lovely countryside with lots of public footpaths.
