Room to rent in lovely house

Hi, we are Gemma (human) and Florence (cat) and we would like you to come and live with us because our buddy had to go to live in London. The house is a cottage style terraced house with a pretty canal running at the bottom of garden where you can feed the ducks at your leisure! There's also 4 canoes at your disposal too! The house is modern decorated and really unique but is well kept. I'm a teacher so would prefer someone that is also a full time worker who goes to bed at a normal time and won't keep me up all night with music etc! I'm fairly laid back about most things and would love to have someone to enjoy a brew with or the occasional film night! Oh, and if you could feed Florence if I'm out that would be a bonus! The house is 2 mins walk from Woodley station, 10mins walk from Bredbury station and 5 mins drive from junction 25 of the m60.
