Spare room available in shared house.

I am the owner/housemate, but I will be working away, so you should mostly have the place to yourself.

The house has two double bedrooms, a bath, a separate shower, a living room, office space, a kitchen, a conservatory (gym), a garden, a large driveway (parking x 3), utility space, a downstairs separate loo, and a small amount of storage in a garage (not enough for a vehicle).

This is my home, and I am looking for someone who will take care of it while I travel for work.

Great access to the M6. Walkable to Birchwood train station on the Manchester Liverpool line.
