Heja, my flatmate is sadly moving out and I’m looking for someone to take over her room! Her rent is 400£ a month and we share a bathroom, kitchen and living space. The house has a parking space and a garden and the room comes with an additional storage room. I messed up and can’t change it but deposit is 600£.
The room is furnished with a closet and a single bed(I can send you additional pictures). I cannot accept couples.
I have a dog and would not consider anyone not dog friendly or with a cat.

The house is located 5/7 mins away from the train station with direct trains to Glasgow and bus links to Stirling and Stirling University
