Hi I am looking to rent out my spare room in my 2 bed flat. It’s a quiet area of Alloa within short walk to town centre, railway station and bus stop. Flat has shared bathroom ( it does have a shower it’s just not in pic)kitchen and living room. No off street parking but adequate on street parking or in drive in quiet street. Also have a garage in case you need some additional storage . Unlimited broadband and Sky TV in shared living room also included. I also have a friendly cat. The rate is £400 a month or £100 a week.
