Nice clean room within owners(Uni student) accommodation, including large living room, modern bathroom and kitchen. There is a rear garden with fantastic views, garage and large driveway. The flat is in Alva, which is on the direct bus route to University and has a full range of shops.
I am easy going and sociable, in the second year of University and go to a number of clubs and societies during the week. I am looking for someone who likes to keep things clean and tidy and will be respectful of the accommodation and neighbours.
