Room for rent/ flat share

Hi I have a room for rent but the occupier will have full share of the house kitchen facilities etc. The house is full furnished including the room available. I am a nurse so I am looking for someone sensible to flat share with. I work long days so will be out of the house at least 3 days in the week. I do have a cat so would prefer someone not to bring any pets. I will upload some pictures. I expect the house to remain clean and tidy however you can do your own thing in your room. I dont really mind noise providing im not sleeping for work. Im really easy to get on with
