Furnished double room with double bed, two built in wardrobes, bedside table and chest of drawers.

Shared living room, kitchen & bathroom which has a shower and bath.

No TV connection however there is a tv for watching DVDs. Small gardens, parking. Washing machine available. Broadband, gas, electric & council tax included.

I work full time including overnights so wont be there a lot. When I am at home, my collie butch will be with me. Looking to share with a quiet but sociable tidy person/s. Pets by negotiation and short term/Mon-Thurs lets considered and terms can be mutually agreed. Strictly NO smokers. For full time lets a one month rent equivalent deposit is required.
