Room to rent (No deposit required)

Hi, From March (approx) I will be looking to rent out my spare room within a 2 bedroom new build semi detached house for a very good rate which includes ALL bills with a built in wardrobe in the room and there is a double leather bed, this can be removed if you’d prefer your own. I’m not looking to make profit from anyone, all I’m looking for is the right person to share the monthly cost of bills with where it will be easier for us both.

There are bus stops within a few mins walking distance which can route you to Stirling (inc university)/Falkirk, the nearest train statin with routes to Stirling, Falkirk and Glasgow is a 12-14min walk also and takes only 7mins to get to Stirling city centre. I’m easy to get along with, I don’t do house parties but do enjoy a night out, I’m a very clean person and expect the same. I am very respectful of your surroundings and expect the same.
