I am looking to rent out my second bedroom from September 2013.
The rent is £300 a month but that includes all heating and electricity bills AND council tax.

The bedroom is furnished, with a double bed, mattress and two sets of drawer units. There is a built in cupboard.

The flat itself has a beautiful big living room, with stunning views over the Ochil Hills. The kitchen is also large with a dining table and lots of work space. It is the ideal place to have friends over and entertain.

The flat is seven miles away from the University of Stirling, with buses that run every fifteen minutes. It also sits perfectly on the A91, so Crieff and St Andrews are only 30-45 minutes up the road, perfect for day trips! Edinburgh and Glasgow are both less than an hour away by car, as is Dundee. Its a very central location. Stirling town is nine miles away, and has lots of restaurants and bars, as well as a couple of nightclubs.

TILLICOULTRY has a driving range, a high street with several pubs, a dry ski slope, Sterling Mills outlet mall and a co-operative food shop. The outlet mall has a nike, adidas, GAP, art and craft shops, shoe shops and a lovely cafe.

I have internet, so the bill would be split between the two of us.
