Lovely Double Room Near Stirling

Out home is great for a student or professional. Located in a small village on a quiet estate overlooking the beautiful Ochil Hills, ideally located between Stirling and Alloa.

Our village centre is a 5 minute walk, bus stop is also close by. The town of Alloa (lots of grocery stores) is a 5 minute drive and the university and city of Stirling is around 15 minutes drive away.

We're looking to welcome a respectful, tidy, fun and responsible person to our bright, clean, happy and peaceful home.

We consider our home our sanctuary. In saying this, at times it can be lively with lots of laughter and cooking!

There are 2 students who live with us and we consider ourselves as an easy going, relaxed, fun and welcoming couple.

The room is on the ground floor, with a wardrobe and lots of storage space with a spot for a desk and chair. There's a patio door that steps out onto the garden. Views from the room look out over the Ochil Hills and the room is bright and beautiful and catches the morning sun. Just across the hall there's a WC. (So almost an ensuite but not quite!). Upstairs there's a shared bathroom with a lovely big bathtub and separate shower.

We've got a big garden with views of the Ochil hillls, and 3 cats.... Being a cat lover is a MUST, as 2 of them are very loving, affectionate and will want to be your best friend!

Fridge, washing machine and dryer, WiFi, and all utilities are included, as is full use of the kitchen... Which has everything you will need.

We enjoy cooking, movies, gardening, GOT, comedies on tv and the odd glass of wine or a G&T (however, we are not heavy drinkers and are not interested in having people who are).

We consider ourselves as a bit of an adopted family who lives here, and although we all have our own space and privacy and do our own stuff, we also enjoy cooking and sharing meals occasionally and enjoying each other's company. In other words, our house is a home.

Tenancy is a minimum of 3 months.
