Lovely room with beautiful views in friendly home

We're an easy-going friendly and welcoming couple looking for a special tenant (you know who you are!) that is happy, fun, clean, and tidy (and also loves cats :)).

The room overlooks the stunning Ochil Hills and has been newly redecorated with a shared bathroom (with our other tenant, who is clean, tidy, and quiet).

Our home is quiet, tidy, large, and comfortable, with all the amenities included. We enjoy watching movies, the Big Bang Theory, Modern Family, and MasterChef. We also love to cook and occasionally share meals together.

Privacy is important for all in our home! However, we also feel it is important that our tenants feel very much part of the home.

We are located in a quiet village that has a Co-op and other amenities. Only a 10-minute drive to Stirling and 7 minutes to Alloa (which has a train to Glasgow and Stirling and loads of grocery stores), we're very centrally located.

We are looking for someone who is kind, tidy, caring, loves cats, considerate, respects each other's privacy, has a good sense of humour, helpful around the house, friendly and is comfortable to be around.

We are ideally looking to let for a minimum of 6 months to a year, although the contract will be a month-to-month rolling contract.
