Acklam 4 bed, 1 ensuite

Semi Detached House in quiet area of Acklam in Middlesbrough. Just off St Mary's Walk. Located next to local shops, schools, accessible to A19, A66 and A174. Fully centraly heated. property is 10-15 minutes from Redcar, Billingham and Stockton. and Hartlepool. I am looking for people, ideally who are clean, considerate and respectful. I expect tenants to do their share of cleaning in the kitchen after cooking and eating, including, hoovering and dusting the areas they use. No eating or smoking in bedrooms. The house is 4 bedrooms, 1 ensuite. It's fully furnished, clean and tidy with washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, in built cooker. There is broadband, wi-fi, and tv's in rooms. Downstairs toilet and sink including a store room and a large garden with hot tub. (hot tub rarely used since electric costs have gone through the roof). I am asking a deposit to cover damages., loss of key and cleaning of the quilt and pillows should you not bring your own bedding, a small charge of £25 to cover cleaning cost). The house is not far from James Cook University Hospital and Teesside University, where there is a good bus route to access all areas. I would prefer contract or professional workers.

I expect bedding to be changed and washed regularly (once per week) and bedrooms to be kept clean and tidy, hoovered at least once per week and toilet and bath to be cleaned too on a weekly basis.

Toiletries, cleaning products and meals are not provided and I would prefer it if you could provide your own (bedding).

We can agree to share costs on black bin bags, washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets, toilet cleaner, bathroom cleaner and cloths.

There’s an extra charge for sleep over guests, and that has to be agreed first as does inviting guests over that don’t live in the property.

No work from home guests considered, no couples, nor university students.
