The property is on a quiet family estate in desirable location and within walking distance to local shops and Yarm High Street. Allen’s west train station is in walking distance. There is also easy access to the A66.

I will have use of the third bedroom on the third floor of the property, but will only be around for a few days every few months due to working in London.
