Cosy Cottage house share

Hello, I'm looking for a professional house mate from August 2021 - someone who works full time and not from home. The 2nd bedroom available is a small cosy size and can come either part furnished/unfurnished. It has an inbuilt wardrobe with room for storage, single bed space and room for small desk etc. Kitchen/bathroom/front room shared. There is small yard that is a lovely sun trap as well as a larger communal area with benches and areas to hang washing out. Rent covers all bills - gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband etc. and you have free access to Gaia. com on main TV. House is on a quiet street with a little shop 4 doors down for amenities & fab curry house at end of road. 10 min walk to the charming high street with pubs, shops, fish & chips, 2 micro pubs. You would be sharing property with myself & a friendly cat called Arthur - only cat lovers should get in touch. Great location if you love walking, biking and exploring countryside. I am friendly and like to socialise and like to have my own space too. My main request is that all rooms are respected and kept clean and tidy.
