Costs are £450 pcm for a furnished loft with private en-suite (bills and broadband inc) and a shared kitchen. There is a large garden to the rear and limited on road parking. No pets and no smokers. I am easy to get along with and am hoping you will enjoy living at my home as much as I do. £450 bond required and £450 rent = (£900 to be paid in advance). References required.
