This is one room in a shared flat which forms part of the former Kirkham Hotel on the Headland.  It is offered at housing benefit rates; and DSS are particularly welcome.

Please reply with a full description of your current circumstances, including the length of time you have been with your current employer and with your present landlord.  Please also explain why you are looking for new accommodation.

You will be sharing with a mature lady, so please consider this configuraion when you respond.  We have a strong preference for a long-term tenant.

The property has a wonderful front garden and glorious view of Hartlepool Bay.  It overlooks the Heugh Breakwater, in the most desirable area of town.  There is a shared conservatory to the front, fronted by the Cleveland Hills.
