Looking For Short Term Lets Preferably

I have a room to let in a good sized home. All facilities are shared and bills included in rent other than phone and food. I have 4 cats so lodgers will be expected to at least tolerate them, but wont be expected to look after them!
I'm a nurse working regular office hours. I am pretty laid back but expect respect and common courtesy. Racists, bigots, homophobes, mysoginist not welcome.
I enjoy chilling out in front of the TV on an evening with a glass of wine and like to spend time with family and friends when the opportunity arises. Non smokers preferred but definitely no smoking in the house. Broadband, Netflix, washing machine etc included.
