A lovely STUDENT house on Victoria Road (less than a 2 minute walk to uni and 10 minute walk to the center of town) with 4 other students (all healthcare but no preference for new housemate), 3 female and 1 male. Lovely housemates:) All bills included, including wifi. The room is on the top floor and has a joined en suite with the bedroom next door (female occupant). The bedroom is a spacious double room with a large wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair, noticeboard and bookshelf. There are 2 shared fridges and 3 freezers in the kitchen, as well as a washing machine/dryer. The living room has a TV, 2 sofas and a dining room table and there is a yard out the back of the house. There is plenty of on- street parking outside the house, which is free with a residents parking permit. Guarantor and £200 deposit needed.
