Recently refurbished room

Recently refurbished room that was previously a conservatory. Ceiling has been boarded out, insulated and plastered with new spotlights fitted. Brand new blinds with carpet and patio doors along with a electric heater. I will have another room coming available just finishing off the refurbishment. If this wanted to be used as a stop gap until the other room become available which is situated within the house and is a large double room (this will incur a further charge). House is fully furnished to a high standard with high speed fibre optic internet and all appliances included. Price can be negotiated dependant on situation along with deposit.
