Myself, daughter and a nurse lodger currently live in the house. We have a large double room to rent out on the ground floor and would prefer to keep it a female only home. I do have a cat and she doesnt like other cats but is fine with dogs, which would be welcome.
The home consists of shared living room, shared dining and also kitchen. The room to rent is downstairs and at the back of the property with a door leading onto the garden. The bathroom is shared and upstairs and there’s is also a toilet downstairs an en-suite which belongs to the master bedroom.
We would like to keep the house a home from home for who ever stays with us 😊
