The house is in a fantastic location, nestled in a cul-de-sac for peace and quiet, away from the business of town but close enough to get to via walking or bus. There's local shops nearby including Tesco Local, Aldi and convenience stores and a handful of decent takeaways.
You can walk to James Cook hospital in around 10-15 minutes. The town centre is around 15 minute walk. Marton road bus stop is a short walk, this can take you either into town or away from town towards James Cook and Middlesbrough Sports Village.
A66 is very close, allowing for easy access to major routes.

Housemates
We are looking for young professionals only, sorry but we are not taking students. We would kindly ask you for 3 months pay slips and ID for verification. We screen all tenants and do our best to choose the right people that we think would live well together.
