An extra bedroom downstairs that is currently being used as storage/laundry.

Rent is £375 per month
Estimated total cost including bills is £550 per month
You'll be sharing with a quiet, professional female who works Monday-Friday.

You'll be ideally suited if:

You're a considerate, respectful flatmate.
