The house consists of a comunal living room, a first floor good sized bathroom with toilet shower, bath washbasin and plenty of cupboard space , there is also a second toilet with hand basin on the first floor landing and large modern Well equipped kitchen with ample cupboard space and a dining area. The house is in a pleasent part of eston/normanby which is on the outskirts of middlesbrough .i think you will find just about everything you should require near by/ shops/ bars /banks /takeaways etc all within a few mins walk. You will only be approx 6 miles from middlesbrough/stokesley stockton/ redcar/ james cooke university hospital /roseberry park hospital, the wilton works ..dorman point ,strabag site sirius site/biomass power station project and teesport /steel house/ tees docks are only 5 mins away ,approx 10mins by bicycle . we are a lot closer to the wilton site than redcar, also there is a good regular bus service from near by to these places, there is also a secure garage that you can use for a motorcycle, bicycle etc. only working people please . contractor workers /short term lets are very welcome, Sorry i dont accept couples.
