3 bed semi, Redcar

Hi,
I have a 3 bed semi-detached house in Redcar, close to the College. I live on my own. My very friendly 8 year old Cockapoo stays with me on the odd occasion but is looked after whenever I’m going to be out. She is a priority in finding a flat mate. I don’t want to trial her with other pets / anyone who smokes and we want to consider females.

The house is fully furnished. Unfortunately, I only have one bathroom - toilet, shower over bath. The bedroom I have spare has a small double bed, under bed storage, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a third bedroom that is used as a dressing room which can also be used as shared living space.

There is a small garden and drive with space for two cars.

There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, broadband, iron & ironing board.

Bills will be included. I’m very easy going and would be willing to share teabags & milk! I can make room in kitchen cupboards and the fridge for anything wanting to be kept separate. Someone who is neat & tidy in any shared living space would be very welcome!

I am a Nurse and I work a mix of day shifts and night shifts starting around 7am and 7pm please consider my sleep requirements!

I am not in a rush with this and so do want to be selective and make sure I find the right person. A trial would be ideal for all involved. No limitation on stays - days / weekends / times.
