Small single room

I have a furnished small single room which would be ideal for weekly renting by contractors and professionals needing a comfortable place to stay in a friendly household. As well as the room, you will have access to the living room, dining room and a big kitchen. We are 5 minutes walk from Redcar East train station and it is only 10 minutes walk to the centre of town; a five minute walk to the beach too. Even though this room is small, it is a real alternative for living away from home if you are contracted to work in this area and don't want to spend a fortune in hotel bills and still have the freedom to cook what you want!
