Quiet attic room with own bathroom

We do have an attic room with own bathroom to let. Current lodger is leaving for a placement in Newcastle. The other two lodgers lodging with us are lovely and we all get on great. Sorry but it’s not really suitable for students as it’s not a party house. Saltburn is a lovely little sea side resort. Our house is close to the town centre and we are five minutes walk from the beach. Public transport is excellent, by bus or train. Parking on the street and broadband throughout. We prefer lodgers who treat our house with respect and welcome our animals as part of the family. Any question pls email us.
