Double room with study/dressing room

Double room with dressing room/study attached. Sole use of main bathroom at present but may be shared in the future but only with one other person max. Use of kitchen living room and also has downstairs cloakroom with wc and hand basin Would prefer 5 days Monday to Friday but could accommodate some weekends if required. Would need to be ok with dogs but they are not allowed upstairs. Would also prefer non smoking. At the end of a very quiet cul de sac on Ingleby Barwick Sober Hall. Parking space is available. All bills included and fibre broadband full virgin tv package inc sports and movies. Full use of large breakfasting kitchen/ garden room. Outdoor seating and south west facing private rear garden. Very close to main exit with A19 and A66 easily accessible.
