the current tenant moved out after completing a placement at North Tees hospital.

The room is very spacious and well-lit. It consists of a comfortable double size bed, three-door wardrobe, study table& chair.

There is a fridge/refrigerator, and a new washing machine. There is also a downstairs WC available.

Located very close to Tesco Extra Stockton (open 6 am to 12 pm), McDonald’s Subway, and 10mins walk to North Tees hospital. Around 15 mins drive to Stockton town centre. A few minutes walk to a bus station if you are taking public transport.

Parking is available off-road.
And nearby neighbors are very quiet and respectful.

Bills include WiFi, gas, electricity, water, and cleaning of communal areas.
If interested, a viewing or video call can be arranged.

Housemates are both working adults, easygoing, considerate, clean, and tidy.
