The house is directly off 1829 way (A66 & A19) with close links to the A1M via the A689, within short drive of the North Yorkshire Moors Country Park and beautiful coastal towns Saltburn by-the Sea, Whitby, and is perfectly situated for quick access to Stockton, Middlesbrough, Billingham, Norton, Darlington, Durham, Sunderland and Newcastle by road, rail from Thornaby or Egglescliffe train stations or buses which stop just around the corner.

The property has plenty of space to relax, a large kitchen/diner, separate living rooms with plenty of space for relaxing.
