Excellent transport links via A66/A19, A689/A1M road networks to Stockton, Middlesbrough, Billingham, Norton, Darlington, Hartlepool, Durham, Sunderland and Newcastle by road, or rail from Thornaby or Egglescliffe train station which has a direct train service to London King’s Cross close by.

A bus stop and a Royal Mail post box are within a 1 minute short walk directly across from the house.
With plenty of spaces to relax, a large kitchen / breakfast room, separate formal dining area including games room, with dart board, TV's in two reception rooms and even a baby grand piano for those who enjoy tinkling the ivories, the house offers the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind.

Tesco and Co-op supermarkets, a post office, dentist and doctor’s surgery, pharmacy, various takeaways, an Italian restaurant, and several late night convenience stores, coffee houses, pubs are also close by.

I’m a live-in landlord and work mostly from home as a freelance software architect and my job often involves me travelling. I also manage / refurbish properties in my spare time, write funding bids and volunteer at a local mental health organisation.
