Double bedroom with private bathroom

I have for rent a double room with a double bed, wardrobes and small desk if required. The room is not en suite but comes with exclusive access to the main bathroom (other bedrooms are en suite).

The house is large and has a fully furnished kitchen with all required cooking appliances. The dinner room/living room is large and furnished too. There is a garden with a patio and decking area to relax during sunny days.

The house is well located with only a short walk to the local Tesco supermarket and bus stops. The area is very quiet and safe.

All bills are included and broadband is available. We are two professional males, friendly but we keep to our own. I am looking for a clean, responsible and tidy person to share the place with. Cleanliness essential. Professionals only. A brief intro about yourself will be appreciated.
